The Fade

The Fade on VooDoo Larry's VooDoo Idol The Idol is a 1946 Ford Built by VooDoo Larry Kustoms as a tribute to Gene Winfield. This car has so many body mods, to many to list her. We were asked to complete the fade due to the others shop not being able to pull off the desired look. #PPG #ENVIROBASE #SATA #VooDooIdol #Flatlinekustoms

The Mustang

Mr. D's 1965 Ford Mustang We clean up the bad bodywork and repaired the rust, upgraded to power steering, power brakes with disc brake conversion. Blocked out and lined up the body and coated it with a Custom mix PPG #ENVIROBASE Blue!

About me

I've always been around cars and bikes, my father raced Sportsman Class on the dirt at Santa-Fe Raceway and he bought and sold cars out of our garage behind the house. I hung around my uncles who owned body-shops and dabbled in customs, my uncle Tom was the one that got me hooked he did a lot of custom paint in the 70's and 80's and Pat worked at a shop that did custom vans in the early to mid 80's and that really influenced me. They also taught me skills handed down from my grandfather, the old school way of doing things right. I worked in several collision shops before venturing out on my own.

I have had the opportunity of working with some of the top custom car builders in the nation which drove me to better my skills and to really enjoy what I am doing.

We are a one stop shop doing everything but interior and my wife and I are in the process of learning those skills to make our work stand out.
